Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager in delivering assigned projects in line with the Delivery strategy, leading and mentoring the project team to ensure safe, timely, risk-free, and high-standard delivery.
2. Communicate effectively with all team members and establish clear communication channels, including project monitoring and reporting.
3. Liaise with project stakeholders to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
4. Coordinate with other project managers as necessary.
5. Attend key project reviews and weekly meetings throughout all phases: Design, Construction, and Commercial.
6. Support the implementation of overall project strategy alongside the Project Manager and Project Director.
7. Report on project status, issues, and performance to the Project Director and Project Manager weekly and monthly.
8. Monitor project schedules, milestones, interdependencies, and performance metrics.
9. Assist in establishing project-specific processes for performance, productivity, and quality monitoring.
10. Ensure digital reporting protocols are followed and kept up-to-date.
11. Support commercial management activities, including cash flows, payment milestones, and contractual terms, working with the QS and Project team.
12. Help monitor project variations, change control, and commercial agreements.
13. Assist with procurement processes in collaboration with the Project Director, Project Manager, and Commercial Director.
14. Maintain high standards of quality for information, services, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
15. Ensure company standards and values are upheld on-site and in the project office.
16. Monitor health and safety processes, including CDM coordination, to meet safety objectives.
