At IRIS Software Group we help thousands of accountants across the UK work smarter and more efficiently. From sole practitioners to large accountancy firms our software takes care of the detail – so they can focus on what really matters: supporting their clients.
Our Accountancy Customer Services team plays a vital role in that mission. They’re the experts accountants turn to when they need reassurance or practical guidance. We’re now expanding our IRIS Elements support team – and looking for friendly motivated people with a foundation in finance, tax or accountancy to join us.
What Is IRIS Elements
IRIS Elements is our modern cloud‑based platform designed specifically for accountants. It brings together everything they need – from compliance and tax returns to client management and practice workflows – in one secure, easy‑to‑use system.
Accountants use Elements every day to prepare year‑end accounts, submit tax returns, manage clients and collaborate with their teams. When they have a question or run into an issue you’ll be the first person they speak to.
You’ll help them understand how to use the software, guide them through solutions and make sure their queries are resolved quickly and accurately. Your finance or accounting knowledge will help you speak their language and give advice that really makes a difference.
What Will You Be Doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for accountants using IRIS Elements and Accountancy Suite
* Responding to queries via phone, email or online chat
* Investigating and resolving customer issues or escalating to specialists when needed
* Explaining processes clearly and helping customers get back to work fast
* Logging and tracking cases to ensure timely resolution
* Updating our internal knowledge base with useful insights or fixes
* Meeting quality and service goals while keeping customer satisfaction high
* Representing IRIS with professionalism, empathy and care
You’ll be based in our Slough (Heathrow Approach) office for at least three days per week with the flexibility to work from home on other days if you prefer. You’ll join a friendly supportive team that works closely together, shares knowledge and celebrates success.
