Position: Temporary Customer Service & Sales Representative
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week over 5 days

Role Summary:
Join a leading BTR team to deliver top-tier customer service, manage lettings, and help create a vibrant living community. This role blends property management with hospitality, supporting residents and ensuring high occupancy and satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries, viewings, applications, and move-ins/outs
Use Yardi system for lettings and administration
Deliver excellent front-of-house service and resolve issues promptly
Support events and resident engagement
Ensure property standards and assist with inspections and maintenance
Performance Goals:
▫️ Maximise occupancy and lease renewals
▫️ Achieve high customer satisfaction and reviews
▫️ Minimise arrears and complaints
What We're Looking For:
▪️ Experience in lettings, customer service, or related fields
▪️ Strong communication, organisation, and adaptability
▪️ Willingness to work Saturdays and some holidays
