Location & Hours
Walkeringham, DN10 4LD. Full‑time permanent contract, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, 2–3 shifts per week including alternate weekends.
Salary
£13.31 per hour plus incentives.

Responsibilities
* Provide highest‑quality care, supporting residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Promote residents’ independence, choice and dignity, and support their physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving 90% and above during all Monthly Daily Charts audits.
* Maintain 100% completion of all mandatory training throughout the year.
Requirements
* Clear motivation and/or relevant experience as a care assistant
* Reside within 30 minutes of Walkeringham
* Able to work under pressure and handle shift demands
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Compassionate and nurturing attitude
* Positive, enthusiastic mindset
* Effective time‑management and organisational skills
