We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Scanning Centre team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you'll be central to ensuring exam materials move smoothly through our processes from Goods In, through preparation and processing, to secure storage and destruction directly contributing to the success of each examination series.
What will I be doing?
1. Lead on Goods In activities, ensuring exam materials are received, checked, and processed accurately during the summer project.
2. Supervise and support temporary staff, ensuring processes are followed correctly, performance targets are achieved, and maintain high quality standards.
3. Carrying out a range of operational tasks including scanning, warehouse activities, stock control, and secure script destruction.
4. Maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant work environment in line with Health & Safety requirements.
