Regional Operations Manager £54,000 Great Benefits South East MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Regional Operations Manager to lead field service teams across the South East As an Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing, supporting and leading a team of field service technicians across the region. Contributing to the planning and execution of agreed goals and measurable targets Responsible for ensuring team members receive the appropriate training, coaching and performance management to perform their role to the highest standard Establish and maintain an effective debriefing process on a frequent basis to ensure goals and targets are met Contribute to grading evaluations and development planning as required To be considered for this role you should have: Proven 3-4 years field service experience as a service technician with proven experience leading a team An Electrical qualification is required ; with previous work on single and 3 phase equipment Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment Excellent organisation and computer skills Experience in the warewash and or catering industry is desirable Salary & Benefits Excellent basic salary Company Vehicle (with private use) and a fuel card 25 days annual leave – plus bank holidays (increasing with service) Pension & Life assurance Private medical cover Employee assistance plan and discount scheme Core hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri To apply: If you are interested in this role, please apply via the link below or contact Jordan at MC Technical Recruitment on / for a confidential chat.
