Join a Purpose-Driven Social Care Charity as a Support Manager!
📍 Location: Gateshead & South Tyneside
💰 Salary: Up to £34, per annum (including on-call allowance)
🕒 Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday + on-call rota (approx. 3 shifts/month)
📅 Contract: Full-time

Your Impact
As a Support Manager, you will:
✅ Lead, inspire, and empower teams to provide exceptional care.
✅ Monitor service quality, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
✅ Promote safeguarding and best practice, upholding CQC, GDPR, and MCA standards.
✅ Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and external professionals.
✅ Oversee multiple supported living locations, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
🔹 Experience in staff management, mentoring, and regional service oversight.
🔹 Expertise in learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
🔹 Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance regulations.
