We are looking for someone who is:
1. A qualified SENCO with SENCOqualification (or commitment to achieving this award)
2. An enthusiastic, highly motivatedand caring professional with a proven track record of excellence in teachingand learning
3. Knowledge and experience of EYFS,KS1 and KS2
4. Highly knowledgeable in the areasof SEN and inclusion
5. Supportive of the Catholic ethosand committed to our school values and mission
The Person:
We are looking for someone who is:
6. A qualified teacher with strongknowledge of SEND and a commitment to inclusive education.
7. Experienced in supporting pupilswith a range of special educational needs within a primary school setting.
8. Committed to ensuring compliancewith statutory SEND requirements, including the SEND Code of Practice 2015 andrelevant legislation.
9. An excellent communicator who canbuild positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and externalprofessionals.
10. Able to work collaboratively aspart of a supportive team, contributing positively to the wider schoolcommunity.
11. Well organised and proactive,with the ability to manage SEND documentation, provision and reviews effectively.
12. Passionate about improvingoutcomes for children with additional needs and promoting inclusive practiceacross the school.
13. Able to Contribute to the overallethos, work and aims of the school.
