Specification Sales Manager, London and surrounding areas\n\nThis exciting opportunity will suit an active networker who develops long-lasting relationships through solution finding, customer service, and “getting in the mix” within the commercial fabric industry.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a can-do attitude to implement the territory's strategic plan through excellent customer service, people, and sales skills.\n\n * Territory – London area\n\n * Core hours of work are: 35 hours per week between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, however, some flexibility is expected to fulfil elements of the role associated with networking and corporate events\n\n * Specification sales to interior designers, soft furnishing contractors and end users.\n\n * Relationship building and lead generation through architects, designers, contractors and other B2B customers in the hospitality and high-end residential sectors.\n\n * To promote the brand, advocating and delivering customer excellence through strategic customer relationships, commercial contract negotiation and effective sales process\n\n * Positive and constructive liaison with/ through internal stakeholders.\n\n * Events participation, planning, CPD’s, lunch and learn\n\nSuccessful candidates will need to demonstrate their experience in relation to the above, as well as the following,\n\n * Business Development within the A&D, Contract specification, and furnishing contractors. With an understanding of the complexities associated with this route to sale\n\n * Passion for design and interiors, articulate and well presented to mirror the brand and image of the company.\n\n * Fabric experience desired\n\n * Ability to interact collaboratively and positively with internal stakeholder support functions.\n\n * Digital/ IT skills – use of CRM.\n\nCompany benefits\n\nExcellent basic salary along with an uncapped commission, company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank, contribution pension scheme\n\nThe company\n\nEstablished over 30 years ago, focused on designing and developing commercial fabric collections
