As Marketing Director, you will:
* Lead the development and execution of a bold, integrated marketing strategy to deliver commercial goals.
* Position the organisation as a leader in immersive cultural experiences for both domestic and international audiences.
* Oversee its brand positioning, performance marketing, PR, CRM, and digital engagement.
* Champion audience insight and inclusivity in campaign development.
* Build strategic partnerships with brands, tourism bodies, cultural organisations, and influencers.
* Inspire and manage a high-performing team and external agencies.
* Align marketing activity with visitor experience and commercial goals.
The Person:
* Senior-level marketing experience in paid-for visitor attractions, cultural organisations, entertainment, or similar sectors.
* Demonstrable experience of working with premium brands.
* Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and brand building.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A passion for creativity, culture, and delivering unforgettable experiences.
* Preferably, experience in operational venues and working with the travel trade.
