Role Description
This is an on-site full time role for an Office Manager/ Personal Assistant at our Essex location. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative duties, including diary management, clerical tasks, and providing logistical support. Day-to-day tasks will involve organizing schedules, managing communications, and assisting with various administrative responsibilities to support the efficient operation of the office. Dealing with the growing number of compliance issues.
Qualifications
* Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance;
* Manage office filing systems;
* Track and manage office expenses and petty cash;
* Proficient in Communication and Diary Management;
* Demonstrated Clerical Skills;
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
* Professional demeanour and the ability to maintain confidentiality;
* Experience with office software and tools.
