Pay £ 12.30 per hour
Hours 8am- 4pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and clients with a warm welcome and a smile ??
* Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent customer service
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries ??
* Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area's organisation
* Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and handle catering requests ??
* Maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the reception area
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills ???
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
