Occupational Health Advisor – Location: Cambridge/Home Based – Salary: 42,000 - £48,000 per annum – Job Type: Permanent
We’re recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive and well‑established Occupational Health team. This is a permanent opportunity offering flexibility with full‑time or part‑time hours and hybrid working.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality occupational health service while being supported by a Senior Occupational Health Advisor, alongside experienced OH Nurses and Technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Spirometry testing
* Pre‑placement medical screening
* Audiometry
* Drug and alcohol testing
* Worker health assessments
* Pre‑employment medicals
* Health promotion activities
* HAVs assessments
* Case management referrals
What We’re Looking For
* Valid NMC registration (NMC PIN required)
* A proactive, motivated Registered Nurse with an interest in Occupational Health
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn and develop within a multidisciplinary team
