What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing care teams to ensure safe, effective, and responsive care
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new care workers
* Facilitating team meetings, briefings and engagement events
* Providing training, mentoring and field observations
* Managing annual leave, absences, appraisals, and performance
* Leading by example in quality compliance, documentation and safeguarding
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3/4 in Care (or willingness to work towards)
* First-hand experience in delivering care and supervising teams
* Strong communicator with good organisational and IT skills
* Motivated, positive and approachable
* Flexible, team-oriented and able to work on your own initiative
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
