We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak. What’s on offer? * £14.29 per hour * Set weekly shifts: 6-2 / 2-10 Monday - Friday * Weekly pay * Full PPE provided onsite lockers * Free onsite parking * Long-term contract with the potential of a permanent contract What will you be doing as a Production Operative? * Packing finished products to a high standard and moving pallets using pump trucks * Feeding and operating machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly * Monitoring and recording hourly production output, working towards team KPIs What do you need? * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred) * Strong attention to detail – background in quality control is a bonus * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn * Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks on your feet If you’re looking for a long-term role with a stable company that offers the chance to develop, apply today or speak with John at KPJ Group for more information.
