Qualifications
* At least 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice, ideally in accounts and potentially audit.
* Client‑facing role – must be personable.
* Qualified in ACA, ACCA, or a final‑year student is acceptable.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for all client queries.
* Prepare accounts, and potentially conduct audit work.
* Prepare corporation tax returns and personal tax returns.
* Involved in tax compliance and tax planning for both personal and corporate clients.
* Prepare trust and estate returns.
* Assist with inheritance tax planning.
* Supervise and coach other staff members.
* Participate in day‑to‑day practice planning and management.
* Assist clients with budgeting and financial planning, including liaison with banks and financial advisers.
