This opportunity is on fixed term basis (maternity cover) for 10 months from 1/9/25.
· 40.5 hours per week available Mon-Fri
· Free parking next to the practice and a beautiful location.
At this friendly 4-surgery practice, we care for both NHS and private patients. You’ll work alongside an experienced and close knit team providing top quality care to patients with general dentistry, sedation, clear aligners and implant services.
This role would also include two days providing front of house/receptionist support.
About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
SOEexperience would be desirable.
Qualified Dental Nurse, with leadership experience
Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
