Finance & Payroll Coordinator - Part Time 21 hours per week

Finance & Payroll Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

1. Managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and promptness to support the Union's financial health.
2. Assisting with payroll processes, including data entry and administration tasks to guarantee timely salary payments.
3. Administering financial documentation and maintaining accurate records to support internal and external audits.
4. Reconciling accounts and processing expenses, aligned with organisational policies.
5. Providing support during financial reporting periods to ensure compliance and transparency.
6. Collaborating with team members to improve financial procedures and increase efficiency.

Finance & Payroll Coordinator Experience Essentials

13. Previous experience in finance, payroll, or administration is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
14. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
15. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
16. Proficiency in basic finance software or spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
