Pay and Perks
* £12.21 per hour
* Additional monthly bonus up to £200 per month.

As a driver and labourer for Zero Waste Group you will be expected to:
* Safely drive a 3.5t van (Luton / box style) to customers properties
* Safely load items the customer needs collecting
* Safely transport the waste to a Materials Recycling Facility for processing
* Speak with customers and the office to quote jobs and to provide solutions to the customer with limited and often incomplete information ahead of arrival
* Use our job app on your mobile or on a company tablet to record job details, take photos and complete risk assessments
* Use your mobile to use our instant messaging software to communicate with our head office
Other considerations:
* You are expected to have a smart mobile phone with data to allow you to speak to our office on your own device as well as a company tablet
* Clean driving license preferred. At least 1 years driving experience (a must)
* You will need to pass a background check so it is important you disclose any convictions to us. We will always assess each case on an individual basis
* Part of your pay incorporates a bonus which is based on attendance and adherence to company standards
* Start times are 7am and finish times are often unknown based off the work on each day.
Examples of jobs:
* Moving sofas as part of a two person team from inside the customer property
* Clearing installation waste from inside or outside properties
* Undertaking a garden clearance
* Emptying wheelie bins when the regular contractor has been unable to attend due to a service issue or overloading of the bins
* Clearing an entire house
