The Role: Delivering tailored teaching and learning to students with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ASD, and MLD Creating inclusive, engaging, and structured lessons within a specialist or mainstream setting Working closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external agencies to support individual student progress Contributing to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN (mainstream or specialist setting) Strong understanding of strategies for supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs A positive, empathetic, and resilient approach Ability to inspire and build strong relationships with students and colleagues INDHBB
