Join Our Team as a Regional Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager!
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of manufacturing? As our Regional CI Manager, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our Lean Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy, enhancing Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) across our operations.
Reporting to the Global CI Manager, you will be the driving force behind improvement activities, providing training and expertise to support our enterprise goals across various sites. Collaborating closely with the Global Operations Leadership Team and cross-functional partners, you will identify and implement cost-effective solutions that elevate our organization to new heights.

Note: This role requires weekly site visits to Glasgow and Ellesmere Port, with potential travel of up to 30% both domestically and internationally.
What You’ll Bring:
* Education: A Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration.
* Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean certification; additional qualifications like SME/AME/ASQ/Shingo Prizes are a plus.
* Experience: 7+ years in Lean Transformation within a high-performing manufacturing environment.
* Leadership: Proven ability to build a culture of Continuous Improvement and lead operational excellence processes.
* Collaboration: Experience working with department managers to execute CI roadmaps and deliver results.
* Coaching Skills: Ability to influence and coach stakeholders effectively.
* Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and proficiency in tools like Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy Deployment
* Lead the execution of CI strategies and roadmaps, focusing on transformation and process enhancements to improve Gross Margin.
* Act as the primary Lean champion, fostering a culture of continuous improvement at all levels.
* Facilitate workshops and targeted improvement events to help teams achieve strategic objectives swiftly.
* Track key performance indicators to ensure improvements are sustained and develop countermeasures as needed.
Influential Leadership
* Provide CI training and coaching to frontline leaders, building internal capabilities.
* Teach problem-solving skills using effective tools and methodologies.
* Implement CI best practices and lead GEMBA walks to promote a consistent Daily Lean Management System (DLMS).
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on flow lean and problem-solving tools for your territory.
