Our client is seeking a high-impact, relationship-focused National Business Development Director to identify new business opportunities, achieve account acquisition, set up external sales reps, and price RFQs — all while playing a critical role in the company’s continued expansion.

Compensation: $100,000 base salary + strong bonus plan
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Driving new business through lead generation and relationship building
• Managing and motivating external sales representatives
• Pricing and responding to RFQs
• Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities
• Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
• Supporting internal teams on strategy and business planning
• Meeting regularly with leadership to report on pipeline and performance
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
• 5+ Years of Business Development experience
• A hunter mentality & strategic mindset — self-driven and proactive
• Ability to strategically assess opportunities and manage a sales funnel
• Strong Excel skills for pricing and data manipulation
• Comfortable with travel (-25% after ramp-up)
