Paid Social & Programmatic Executive
Hybrid (Hemel Hampstead) Up to £35,000
We're hiring a Paid Social & Programmatic Executive to support the delivery, optimisation, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across Paid Social and Programmatic channels for a major consumer brand.
The Role
You'll be responsible for creating and optimising campaigns across Paid Social, Display, Video, and Programmatic channels, helping drive high-quality traffic and performance to a leading consumer website.
You'll work closely with brand, performance marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are well-executed, insight-led, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and optimise Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns
* Monitor daily performance and deliver clear reporting and insights
* Recommend improvements to improve campaign performance and efficiency
* Work with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality creative delivery
* Support performance tracking against KPI and budget targets
* Present campaign performance when required
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
* Hands-on experience with Paid Social campaigns
* Understanding of Programmatic Display and Video
* Strong Excel and data interpretation skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
* Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing brands
* Degree educated
* Exposure to broader digital marketing channels
