For the successful Account Coordinator, our client is offering:
* £27,000 per annum
* Monday - Friday, Days role
* Permanent role

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
The role – Account Coordinator:
* Undertake Customer demand analysis, assess market prioritisation, and make allocation decisions
* Provide a high level of customer service to Affiliates, Customers, Alliance Partners, and Internal contacts
* Report stock outs and low stocks and pre-empt replenishment based on current customer stock levels
* Collaborate with production planners to ensure urgent replenishments are prioritised
* Timely processing of incoming Sales, Sample, and Transport orders
* Coordinate shipments effectively
* Raise and assist with any SAP issues
What our client is looking for in an Account Coordinator:
* Previous experience in a customer order handling role within Supply Chain - ESSENTIAL
* Previous SAP experience - ESSENTIAL
* Appropriate degree or professional qualification - BENEFICIAL
* IT proficiency
