This role is to meet and greet the guests, provide a luggage service to the Guests room, park guests cars and provide a tour of the facilities to the guests. The role will include occasional night porter cover. The role will be for 6 months from May to October.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with great customer service skills. Previous experience as a Hall porter in a 5* hotel is desirable, however, full training will be given for the successful candidate.
Shift patterns are straight shifts over 5 days a week
