The Taxi Licensing Team is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who wants to join the dedicated and hard-working team.
You will be responsible for carrying out enforcement duties focused on taxi licensing. This includes responding to complaints, inspecting licensed vehicles, giving advice to drivers and vehicle proprietors, undertaking investigations, preparing reports and presenting these at taxi licensing committees.
You should have experience of working with the public, excellent investigative and communications skills and relevant experience in an enforcement-based role with good attention to detail. You must be physically fit and hold a full driving license.
All post holders will be required to work outside core hours e.g. evenings and weekends where necessary.
