Overview
Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and SCAPE. Formed in 2016, we support our client in managing and developing an efficient, safe, and sustainable land and corporate property portfolio. We provide a broad range of lifecycle property services, including responsive repairs, statutory servicing, compliance, and the delivery of works across a diverse public-sector estate. Our Risk Management Services (RMS) team manages a high-volume and complex pipeline of responsive repair, servicing, and compliance activity, supporting our Clients Service Delivery at buildings such as schools, offices, libraries, community centres and other operational sites across Nottinghamshire. We are now looking for an Assistant Responsive Repair and Services Manager to join the Risk Management Services team. This is a key operational role supporting the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of responsive repairs and servicing activity, working closely with colleagues, supply chain partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the safe and efficient delivery of responsive repairs and servicing works across allocated sites across Nottinghamshire.
* Assist in planning, programming, and monitoring works to ensure deadlines, budgets, and service standards are achieved.
* Carry out site inspections and maintain accurate compliance and performance records.
* Support supply chain and subcontractor management, including understanding work packages and controlling changes on site.
* Promote high standards of customer service and effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to the achievement and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Support escalation and major incident response, including out-of-hours cover where required.
What You'll Bring
We\'re looking for someone with experience operating in a customer-focused, operational environment, who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple sites and priorities.
* Essential
* Experience working in a customer service or operational delivery environment.
* Experience monitoring and reporting on performance, including KPIs.
* Experience carrying out site inspections and maintaining compliance records.
* Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
* Desirable
* Experience in facilities management or reactive maintenance.
* Awareness of sustainability and carbon reduction principles.
