Senior Client Accountant 12month FTC West End £40k £45k Working in a team of Client Accountants, handling the full client, tenant and landlord liaison for your own portfolio of clients. Duties: 1. Full client, landlord and tenant liaison for a portfolio of clients. 2. Handling Client and Tenant queries 3. Creating and maintaining head lease and tenant leases, including renewal, reviews and terminations 4. Create Tenant deposit 5. Produceaccurate tenant demands for rent, service charges and ad hoc charges. 6. Process tenant refunds and arrears write-offs. 7. Handle monthly and weekly Client rent payovers. 8. Review Client and Tenant arrears 9. Work with Tenants, Property Managers and Credit Control to implement payment plans 10. Monthly standard and bespoke Client reporting on tenant receipts, arrears, tenant demands and property expenditure. 11. Monthly and quarterly Vat reporting where required
