HRH are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and innovative Care-Coordinator with a passion for women's health, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this role, will be expected to support the clinical lead for HRH's Women's Health Hub, with administrative tasks, as part of the triage process, with, booking and managing appointments. In addition to this, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support with some clinical aspect of consultations, such as, chaperoning procedures and undertaking general observations (blood pressure measurements, height, weights and blood tests), with training provided, where required.
This post would be highly suited to those, currently working within an administrative or supportive role within healthcare, wishing to expand their skills, by undertaking further clinical training, specialising in Women's health in primary care.
This is a new, innovative, community-based service, within general practice. There is great potential, for the successful candidate to enhance and grow their professional skills and knowledge, within a very supportive and forward-thinking, patient-centred team.

Job Description:
Booking appointments, following Clinician triage
Ascertaining if any additional women's health needs are identified, prior to attendance
Supporting the clinical lead with organising efficient day-to day running of the Women's Health Hub
Booking and planning clinic lists
Chaperoning for clinical procedures, such as, coil fittings
Measuring and recording blood pressures
Measuring and recording heights and weight
Health promotion; including, supporting patients with lifestyle advice and referral to other professionals / services, where need is identified
Liaising with practice health care professionals, reception and triage teams, where required
Answering patient queries
Managing waiting lists
Managing stock
Running EMIS searches
Use of Excel programme to support claims
Working closely with the Clinical Lead of the Women's Health Hub (WHH) to facilitate advancement & promotion of the services
Support clinical leads with projects

Pay: £25,175.22-£29,706.76 per year
