We are looking for a Operations Manager to join a well established Care provider in the Norfolk area. The ideal candidate requires a blend of strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen to optimize business processes, with a typical person specification including a degree in management, prior experience in operational roles, proficiency in CRM/ERP software, and exceptional communication skills. They must be proactive, analytical problem-solvers who can manage teams, budgets, and compliance. Key Person Specification Criteria: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role within operations, logistics, manufacturing, Hospitality, Care or similar environments. Proven track record in improving efficiency, managing budgets, and leading teams. Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations, or related fields is desirable. Professional certifications like Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or PMP are highly desirable. Skills & Knowledge: Leadership: Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide teams to meet objectives. Strategic & Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, prioritization, and the ability to manage complex, multiple tasks simultaneously.
