Overview
We're looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a market-leading UK manufacturer, based in Witney. If you have an interest in technical products, a drive to support sales and a passion for providing great customer service, this could be the ideal role for you.
Responsibilities
* Respond to technical sales enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person
* Interpret technical drawings to specify appropriate products
* Provide accurate and timely quotations
* Support external sales teams with leads, pricing, and product knowledge
* Follow up on quotes, promote offers, and upsell where appropriate
* Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve product queries
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heating and ventilation products
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous experience in technical sales or customer service (desirable)
* Knowledge of heating & ventilation systems or swimming pool systems (a bonus, but not essential)
