We’re now looking for a passionate, experienced Care Manager to join us in a peripatetic role supporting our branches across North London. About the Role This is a great opportunity for a confident and adaptable Registered Care Manager to provide leadership across multiple branches, covering periods of growth, transition, or absence. As a Peripatetic Care Manager, you’ll take ownership of service delivery, quality, and compliance wherever you’re needed most, all with the backing of a respected national provider. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery Hold and manage the CQC registration at assigned branches Recruit, onboard, and retain a team of exceptional carers Drive local growth and build relationships within the community Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies Support and develop carers and office staff to maintain high standards Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it) Proven experience in a Registered Manager or senior care leadership role Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in home care Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Flexibility to travel across North London Benefits Competitive salary of up to £40,000 a year Clear opportunities for career development and progression 25 days annual leave, rising to 27 dependent on service Performance related bonus scheme worth up to £10k per annum Annual salary review Free Blue Light Card – national discounts on retail and services Funded qualifications and ongoing training Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support Refer-a-friend bonus scheme Helping Hands is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce as we believe this develops a comfortable working environment for all our staff.
