Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Family Safeguarding team, based in Swindon.
We believe every child deserves someone in their corner, and every social worker deserves the trust and support to make that possible. We’ve worked hard over the last two years to improve our children’s services, so families get the right help, and social workers get the trust, support and stability they deserve.
Our Family Safeguarding Model is at the heart of that change, bringing professionals together, focusing on relationships and early help, and helping families make lasting change.
There’s still work to do, and that’s why we’re looking for people who aren’t afraid to challenge, learn and make a real impact where it matters most.
If you’re ready for a role where your skills count, your ideas are valued, and your practice can grow, we’d love to hear from you. Permanent or short-term contract, whatever your circumstances, join us and help shape the future for Swindon’s children and families.
