We're looking to add a Project Administrator to our team here at Chubb in Blackburn. Providing support to the Engineering Manager and the rest of the Projects Department, this position will be key to the smooth running of the department, requiring a good eye for detail, good communication skills at all levels, a clear telephone manner, and the ability to work under pressure. Phone and office cover. Timesheet coordination and support. Booking Hotels and Travel for Engineers and Project Managers. Booking and organising of required Training for Engineers and Project Managers. Ordering PPE. New starter onboarding. Success Criteria: Liaise at all levels with Engineering Teams. Presents a professional image both internally and externally at all times. Exceptional time management skills. Strong communication skills. Good eye for detail. General: Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures. Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures. Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO). Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting and Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS).
