We are recruiting a skilled and compassionate Specialist Teaching Assistant to support young people with Special Educational Needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working with learners aged 16 to 18 across a supportive post-16 setting. Working hours are 8.30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will be joining a modern, well-resourced and highly supportive education environment that is widely recognised for its person-centred approach. The setting places strong emphasis on independence, life skills and emotional wellbeing, helping young people prepare confidently for adulthood. Staff are valued, teamwork is central and professional development is actively encouraged.
