Contract
FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)
Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.
Technical & Functional Experience:
* Good knowledge of CSDM
* Excellent product roadmap awareness
* Proficiency with Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
* Experience with integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
* Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
* Portal management and customization skills
* Experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog setup
* 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
* Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics to non-IT audiences
* Proactive attitude, proposing help and optimizations
* Team player willing to support and assist when needed
