Role
* Third line of escalation for tickets, emails and support for clients
* Microsoft Infrastructure Management
* Supporting the team and junior members of staff
* Rotating night shifts
The Person
* IT support experience in infrastructure, Level 3 or similar
* Customer service experience and good communication
* Degree or similar in an IT related field
* Wants to work nights on a rotating shift
