Are you a passionate and dynamic Social Worker looking for an exciting new opportunity to make a real difference? As an Advanced Social Work Practitioner in the Mansfield Community Social Work Team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming social care, playing a pivotal role in developing our all-age working practices. You'll be integral to supporting our Team Managers, implementing innovative changes, and embedding new ways of working.
Salary: £44,075 - £49,282 per annum

Your Role
* Lead and mentor a dedicated team of social workers, occupational therapists, and community care officers
* Manage a small, complex caseload with a mix of priorities
* Champion the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals
* Foster integrated working with partners and promote independence through reablement and enablement approaches
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
* Experience as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP), Best Interests Assessor (BIA), or Practice Educator (Level 2)
* Knowledge and experience in safeguarding adults within multiagency procedures
* Strong supervisory, training, and development skills
* A full driver's license and access to a car for work
