Solicitor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 DOE + monthly bonus of up to £300
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor to join a reputable debt recovery organisation. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload, work collaboratively with clients and pursue legal recovery through various court processes.

Key responsibilities as a Solicitor:
1. Manage a defended caseload through a case management system.
2. Review High Value or Complex pre-legal debts to assess suitability for legal action.
3. Draft pleadings, witness statements and court bundles.
4. Handle cases on the small claims, fast track and multi-track routes.
