Müller Yogurts and Desserts are recruiting for a Total Asset Care Training Specialist at our Market Drayton site.
As a Training Specialist, you will work directly with Production Managers, CI Specialists, Engineering Experts, Operators, Technical Trainers, and relevant maintenance and OpEx teams to identify skill development needs using production loss and engineering data. Your role will be to build the right capabilities across the sites, acting as a bridge between engineering expertise and operator development, ensuring operators have the knowledge and skills for Asset Care, fostering ownership, and positively influencing KPIs.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Coaching team members on Asset Care and Preventative Maintenance tools, techniques, and systems to build capability across the sites.
* Supporting understanding of Total Asset Care principles and their importance to uplift performance.
* Maintaining the Competency framework with current requirements and ensuring training materials are available for upskilling.
* Collaborating with the central OpEx team to develop and implement Operator Asset Care and Preventative Maintenance training programs.
* Coaching and mentoring on Asset Care principles and techniques to ensure effective implementation.
* Delivering root cause analysis and breakdown analysis training to site teams.
* Recommending improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the Müller Production System.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Time Served apprentice in relevant fields (e.g., Engineering, Operations).
* Engineering graduate or HND minimum.
* TPM Expertise, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, LCS 2B.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience or understanding of engineering and maintenance procedures, including fault finding.
* Planning & Prioritising.
* Effective communication across stakeholders.
* Mentoring & Coaching skills.
