About the role
ABC Teachers is looking to recruit a committed and dynamic Long-Term History Supply Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Harborne. This rewarding position is to start as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential for extension.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan, prepare and assess students’ work in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements
To be considered for the role of History Teacher you will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching History at secondary level
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A passion for inspiring students and a commitment to their progress
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* a suitable qualification to teach History PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
