What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don't meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
* Train, coach and mentor Property Coordinators and Customer Experience Advisors to ensure consistent service delivery and onboarding
* Quality checking
* Complete regular 1-2-1 sessions with the team
* Handle escalations and provide expert support on complex or high-risk issues
* Cover absences and provide floating support across regions to maintain continuity
* Support communications on spotlight schemes and attend regional and spotlight meetings
* Support complaint and social media response reviews by actioning maintenance requests immediately
* Oversee call logging and maintenance performance, including urgent works (e.g. lift outages, mandatory occurrence reports, insurance claims)
* Work with ADs/OMs to identify training needs
* Support onboarding of new clients or schemes where needed
