Job Description
As a senior team member, you will provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service to colleagues and customers. You will support your team, identify process improvements, demonstrate initiative, judgment, and certainty. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pensions legislation, regulatory requirements, and HMRC regulations. You will also take on additional responsibilities, including training, coaching, and representing the team on projects.
Business Functions
Equiniti supports some of the UK’s most well-known brands and public sector organizations in managing complex, regulated administration tasks related to pensions, payroll, and payments. Our services are mission-critical for our clients but not central to their core operations. We support eight million pension scheme members and pay over three million people more than £21bn annually. Our clients include major schemes like the NHS and Armed Forces Veterans, services we have provided since 1836.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
* Providing administration services to customers, adhering to service levels and quality targets.
* Completing, checking, and auditing casework, and providing feedback, coaching, and training to colleagues.
* Engaging with client contacts to resolve complex customer inquiries using pension knowledge.
* Providing technical guidance to team members and supporting process improvements to enhance output and customer service.
Skills, Attributes, and Behaviour
* Minimum of 12 months of experience in senior pensions administration.
* Excellent attention to detail and adherence to processes and procedures.
* Strong communication skills (written and oral) with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proven track record of quality, timely delivery, and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ability to develop positive working relationships.
* Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
