What You'll Do
* Coordinate daily tasks ensuring goods are processed accurately and according to schedule.
* Supervise and motivate a team of colleagues from 10 to 100 people and managing their performance, attendance and training needs.
* Ensure Health and Safety standards are met and compliant with safety regulations, conducting regular checks and audits.
* Track and report Key Performance indicators for individuals and departmentally for prodcutivity, accuracy and cost.
This Role Would Suit People Who
* Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
* Have prior managerial experience in a similar role
* You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
