They are known for their expertise and commitment to providing high-quality legal solutions to their clients.
Job Description
As a Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:
3. Manage a caseload of financial mis-selling claims from initial instruction to resolution.
4. Supervise a team of paralegals
5. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.
6. Prepare and draft documents, including statements and correspondence.
7. Liaise with clients, providing clear and professional advice on their cases.
8. Engage with third parties, including financial institutions and opposing solicitors.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
11. Contribute to the team's goals by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor should ideally have experience in FMS work although our client will consider candidates who have other volume litigation experience.
