Account Manager at NQC

About Your New Role
As an Account Manager, you will strategically manage and develop our accounts within the Automotive Sector. You will develop relationships with senior stakeholders from large multinational organisations, ensuring they understand how our product supports their sustainability and supply‑chain strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts to agreed KPIs, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, service delivery, and contract renewal.
* Maintain regular communication with clients through face‑to‑face meetings and other channels.
* Own high‑profile, complex client relationships; develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
* Develop and own the customer contract strategy for client relationships.
* Assist the Head of Customer Success in forecasting revenue planning and account development plans.
* Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports for the portfolio.
* Oversee all commercial aspects of the agreed portfolio of clients.
* Extend the existing portfolio of NQC products and services to increase potential revenue.
* Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and oversee development of each client account.
* Ensure successful service delivery into client accounts, achieving high customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Project Management, Service Delivery) to refine processes and improve service.
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Experience in a customer‑focused B2B environment.
* Experience developing strategic client relationships and accounts with senior stakeholders in a software environment.
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create engaging material for the audience.
* A passion for sustainability and engaging others on this topic.
