About The Role
As a NIGHT Unit Manager at HC-One, you will value one thing above all: kindness. This value influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every team member understands that our residents are individuals with their own stories, and by joining us, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to give back to those people.
Being a Unit Manager means taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and ensuring the highest level of care. You may also be required to manage the entire home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy. Whether reporting mobility issues, requesting samples for monitoring, or administering medication, you will always prioritize resident dignity and well-being.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds to join our HC-One family.
We aim to provide an excellent working experience, starting with a quick turnaround from job offer to start date.
