About the Role
We are looking for Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, 1:1 support for three individuals with complex care needs. Each person receives 100% support in all aspects of daily life, making this a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, and continence support
2. Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
3. Monitor, record, and administer medication safely
4. Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
5. Support and accompany individuals to a wide range of activities, including cinema trips, shopping, eating out, arts and crafts, and swimming
