SEN Teaching Assistant – Bolton
We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive school in Bolton. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential.
Location: Bolton
Pay: £ – £110 per day
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Type: Full-time (term-time)
The Role:
1. Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within the classroom
2. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support
3. Provide 1:1 and small group assistance to pupils with additional needs
4. Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment
5. Support students with learning, emotional, or behavioural needs
Requirements:
6. Previous SEN experience in a school or similar setting
7. Strong communication skills and patience
8. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
9. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
10. A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
