JDR is recruiting for an Outbound Contact Centre Agent to work with a friendly team in Bedminster, Bristol.
MAIN DUTIES:
* To achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and individually -
* including the numbers of calls made, decision maker contacts achieved, appointments made (number and quality), and appointments visited.
* Ensure that all the calls allocated to them are called within the defined time periods
* Ensure calls are made using the correct scripts and to incorporate the key messages and specific promotions within their calls
* Ensure that appointments are booked according to the current policies and standards.
* To make outbound calls as instructed by the Contact Centre Management.
